Stooshe’s music video for ‘Love Me’ got a lot of attention when it launched. We encouraged a lot more traffic to the video with a link sharing competition.
Fans could generate a unique link to the video and earn points for every click their link receives. The fan at the top of the leaderboard won tickets to see Stooshe live with Labrinth in London. 9 runners-up would all receive a signed copy of the StooshTape on CD.
Having run similar campaigns for All the Young and Clement Marfo & The Frontline, I had a solid template to work from. It didn’t take me long to set the competition up and launch it as a Facebook tab.
The system includes an admin panel allowing us to monitor total clicks and unique clicks for each entrant as well as retrieving their details to contact the winners.
The competition did incredibly well driving thousands of clicks and YouTube views.
