In November, we gave the official Stooshe website a significant overhaul.

Kate brighouse designed a very slick and classy layout before I briefed Isle Interactive to upgrade the site. Steven Moore at Isle did a superb job with the responsive design and a few key back-end features to improve the site’s functionality.

One of the key new features I planned for the site is the fan feed. Using the services’ APIs the fan feed pulls in tweets and instagram photos tagged with #stooshe. The new feature simultaneously encourages social media activity as well as website traffic.

Cautious of the fan feed being abused I briefed Isle to build moderation tools into the site’s back-end. Now we can easily remove content and even block abusive users completely. We can also change the hashtag to pull in more campaign specific content.

Stooshe fans really took to the feature and got busy tweeting and instagraming comments and photos straight away.
