On Friday I was asked to photograph a French metal band currently touring the UK. BlackRain are promoting their new album ‘Released’ and a week before it goes on sale they played at the Camden Barfly. They shared the stage with Chase the Ace and Damn Dice. The show was balls-to-the-wall and high energy, with plenty of love from a very committed crowd.

While the Barfly doesn’t have a photo pit, the upside is that I wasn’t restricted to just three songs. I went a little overboard and ended up with a massive batch of pictures that I thought represented the show well.
